Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training
Providing Digital Opportunities in the Countryside

The Department of Information and Communications Technology in cooperation with the Local Government of Buenavista, Guimaras and Guimaras State College will conduct a Rural Impact Sourcing Technical Training on Virtual Assistance for the Buenavistahanons.

It aims to bridge digital gap by providing digital access and informal skills training to the “unserved” and “underserved” communities. It also aims to increase access to digital markets and business process outsourcing (BPO) in far-flung communities with high unemployment rate and to bring jobs to the countryside.

If you are a Filipino Citizen, at least a high school graduate, familiar in using Microsoft Office tools and has a good communication skills, then apply now for the Virtual Assistance Training. The training covers the following topics: Web Research and Data Entry, Transcription, Email and Calendar Scheduling, Chat Support / Help Desk / Technical Support. This will be a month-long training which will start on AUGUST 15, 2018.
